Recent Construction Projects In Providence






The city of Providence, Rhode Island is constructing 5 new buildings all standing over 60 meters tall. The Blue Cross Headquarters is intended to merge 1100 employees scattered throughout the city into one 12-story, $144 million tower. The company GTECH is moving its world headquarters , a 10-story building holding 500 people, into downtown Providence. Intercontinental's Waterplace Condominiums is built overlooking Providence's Waterplace Park, and will consist of 193 luxury condominium. A 40-story 520 foot building by the name of "OneTen" located at 110 Westminster Street will become the tallest building in Providence. The tallest office tower in Providence will be the "Empire at Broadway," which will stand 22-stories high. Above are photos of the Waterplace Condominiums and the "OneTen" building.
